Cambridge Crafts is the long dreamed of project of Dianne McDermott who took her first tentative steps into the world of Knitting at the age of 6.
She is an experienced and skilful knitter who has designed and produced garments for a wide range of friends and family. As CCL develops Dianne will be releasing the Miss Molly Range of Baby and pre-teen hand-knitted clothing and the Miss Xani range of teenage clothing-all produced at our workshop.
Her journey through the craft world has led her to needle point which she has developed through several visits to groups in Los Angeles and extensive advice and guidance from experienced and capable needle pointers throughout the United States.
Dianne’s needle point productions have drawn strong praise from her associates overseas and she is amongst the best. Her enthusiasm for needle point is infectious and something she wishes to pass on to others yet to experience the challenges and pleasure of the craft.
